To confirm arrangements, the party leader must pay 100% of the total amount at least 1 week prior to arrival for accommodation or 24 hours prior to trips.

Discounts of 17% are available for direct bookings of accommodation.

Failure to report complaints may result in a limited ability to investigate or rectify the issue.

Nostra Tours will handle objective and justified complaints and may not be able to assist with unsubstantiated complaints.
Jurisdiction:

If a guest is not satisfied with the complaint resolution, legal proceedings can be initiated at the Commercial Court in Zadar.
